Water Boil Proof plywood (WBP) is one of the best weather resistant plywood sheets on the market, they are designed and manufactured with layers of thin sheets of wood veneer stuck together, the product is high in quality and finish and are a great value for money, they have a reduced splitting when putting screws or nails into the product and have a low expansion to shrinkage giving them a stable use in all dimensions.

Shuttering Plywood generally supplied as softwood plywood. This is a non structural product. Excellent all round plywood which can be used for shuttering/hoarding and all general purpose building applications.

Birch Plywood is constructed using solid birch veneers and then overlaid with a quality birch face veneer on either side. It is widely used in joinery and furniture making as it has a clean, bright appearance which is aesthetically pleasing. As it is birch and has a construction of the board it is very strong but also light and easily machined. It has a BB graded face meaning it is clear of defects and may have very small knots ,hence its use for furniture and joinery applications.

Phenolic WBP Ext Birch Plywood with a slip-resistant wire mesh pattern. Suitable for use in lorry decks, access platforms, walkways, stages. grandstands and play equipment. Buffalo Board is manufactured in Europe from 1.4mm birch veneers. Bonded with a tough, thermosetting phenolic resin which conforms to EN314-2: Class 3 for bonding (equivalent to the old WBP) and also meets EN13986. The birch baseboard is overlaid with a 220g/m2 dark brown phenolic film with a (slip resistant) large wire-mesh pattern to the face and a smooth phenolic film reverse.
